Bây giờ đâu có vụ trả tiền interest của security deposit này, trong contract đâu có ghi và chỉ có 2-3K, tiền lời mỗi năm chưa tới $1 nữa .

Minion, anh Tư nói đúng đó. Tui có người bạn cũng lời qua tiếng lại với tenant (người Việt) của bả vụ tiền bạc không sòng phẳng; người tenant trước khi dọn ra, nó mua 1 chai nước mắm con mực rãi cùng nhà cho bỏ ghét, chổ nào cũng hôi rình mùi nước mắm! Chuyện có thiêt!

Q: What is the current interest rate for security deposits?

A: Minnesota law requires the landlord to return a tenant's deposit, minus any allowable deductions, together with the current interest rate of 1%. The law does not apply, however, if the interest due on the deposit is less than $1. For complete information on the security deposit see the Minnesota Statutes 504B.178.
