Light Crispy Waffle Empty Light Crispy Waffle

Bỏ lên đây cho các ba mẹ nào có con thích ăn waffle, 2 đứa nhỏ nhà Gạo khen recipe này ngon after trying a few different recipes.
Công thức này làm được 4-5 cái, 2 đứa con ăn còn 1 cái freeze, hôm khác bỏ vô airfryer hâm lại vẫn còn ngon . 2 người già không hảo pancake or waffles, thà ăn lát bánh mình trét peanut butter chứ không ăn món ni
Light Crispy Waffle IMG-8131
3/4 cup bleached all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup milk
4 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 large egg, separated
1 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Mix the flour, cornstarch, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a medium bowl. Measure the buttermilk, milk, and vegetable oil in a Pyrex measuring cup; mix in the egg yolk and set aside.
In another bowl, beat the egg white almost to soft peaks. Sprinkle in the sugar and continue to beat until the peaks are firm and glossy. Beat in the vanilla.
Pour the buttermilk mixture into the dry ingredients and whisk until just mixed. Drop the whipped egg white onto the batter in dollops and fold in with a spatula until just incorporated.

thanks for the recipe chị Gạo em hảo pancake, waffle vô cùng luôn .
chị có thể edit cái phần all purose ( nam sát tấm hình )-kéo xuóng nằm trên cornstarch đuoc hong chị ? em sợ có
nguòi bị miss phàn all purpose đó , chỉ thay cornstarch thôi ....thanks chị Smile

chi Gạo, thường SR đâu thấy chọ Tây bán bleached all purpose flour scratch scratch thấy toàn là unbleached all purpose flour không hà scratch ?

SR: Gạo dùng unbleached, bleached all purpose flour the same way, nhà có gì thì dùng đó, it makes no big difference
Tùy hiệu (brand) đó SR: Gold Medal or Pillsbury thường là bleached
còn King Arthur là unbleached

Gà, Gạo làm qua years ago, người Trung không mê món này lắm tuy làm ra ngon nên làm 2 lần không làm nữa .
