You can not compare numbers,  vậy dân đông là ok even vaccine rate so low 

Tui nghe nói hình như bên Canada người ta có thể mix 2 mũi vaccines with different types. Bởi vậy tuy là fully vaccinated nhưng 0 biết rõ protection rate ra sao khi mix 2 loại khác nhau.

Also dân số Mỷ đông hơn thì con tourists từ Mỷ sang đó cũng đông hơn = higher tourists income to the country. Nói chung thì dân Mỷ chịu xài tiền đi travel, higher % of fully vaccinated people, lower infected rate/cases, và population cũng đông thì là ideal group of tourists để cho vào.

Chứ India tuy population đông nhưng ít người fully vaccinated và cases bên đó còn nhiều thì 0 dám cho qua.

England nó phải mở cửa ra cho tourists vào thì dỉ nhiên nó sẽ chọn những nước more likely đi travel sang đó. Europe là một khối nước kế bên nhau trước đây cũng 0 có borders và dân chúng qua lại dể dàng. Các nước bên Europe trước đây cũng hay sang England hà rầm via rail, tunnel, và ferry. Bởi vậy tui nghỉ họ cũng muốn mở borders cho các nước đó sang because they are closely.

Giống như Mỷ và Canada là neighboring countries thì khi nào mở cửa cho vào thì bảo đảm cũng sẽ có 1 con số travelers lớn sẽ qua lại với nhau!
