Day la cactus leaf bac8. Co’ nhieu gai lam. I’ve been pricked a couple of times removing them. It’s a little sticky after you wash them. Just like okra.

My coworker said her husband used to have high cholesterol and high sugar. After eating it for a month, he’s not pre diabetic anymore and his cholesterol reading dropped to the norm, all without medications.

Hopefully hubby will like it.

Cactus leaf is edible sis, whether it’s raw or cooked. You just need to clean the leaves really good before consumption.

I asked the Winco employee if they had the cactus leaves that are peeled already and he said no, nen minh phai  mua y nguyen ve buc tung cai’ gai off.

Mui vi thi hoi chua and tasted like jalapeño + slimy like okra. An ko as a snack cung ngon lam.
