Hiện tại mình có work email (Office 365) mà new incoming messages tự động forwarded to personal email account.  Có cách nào khi mình delete a message trong work account thì cái email đó trong personal account cũng được tự động xoá luôn không?

Không vì nó forward rồi,  nó đâu access được personal email

Tại sao setup để work email forward to personal email vậy? Because you don't want to VPN in to work to check your emails?
