All TVs are made in China.

This Amazon Fire TV is actually made by Amazon via Foxconn manufacturing site.  It's a step up from OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing - meaning that I buy your product, but put the Amazon label on ịt.) environment to ODM (Original Design Manufacturing - meaning that I design, and you'll build ịt) environment.

BTW. All iPhones, iPads, and iMacs are manufactured by Foxconn. So Foxconn has ample of experiences in manufacturing electronic products.
