We always soak the meat in water to thaw out faster but never knew about the salt & vinegar.  Since the meat is still in the plastic bag, it should not change the taste of the meat right?  Would it semi- cook it if we left longer than 5 minutes.

Not sure it generates heat in the water or not.

Muốn thịt frozen mau xả đá thì ngâm cục thịt trong plastic bag in a pot of water mix with vinegar & salt and in 5 minutes the meat will be thawed out!
